It seems so. It looked like he was at his home, or at least A home. From what I know, they are not allowed to travel outside the country and perform, but even Taehyung did some dancing around, went to events, did some promo.
I hoped, that with the military, his drug addiction will come down a bit, but he is nothing like the guy he used to be in public.
I can't imagine anything that BTS could do right now.
