put on the side 200 gram shredded coconut
4 egg whites, stiff peak beaten, about 150 gram erythritol (unfortunately we do not have allulose in Germany, otherwise I would use it instead of erythritol), a pinch of salt, vanilla.
Start slowly incorporating the egg white mixture to the bowl with coconut.
oven at 175 celsius, use a spoon, or a icecream spoon to form it round, like a cookie, place them on a parchment paper and time it to 20 minutes. If it begins to get a bit brown, then it's time to take them out.
