DOCTORUL ȘI CRIMINALUL

A fi trist nu-i depresiv,
Dar societatea îți spune,
Că-i bine să mergi la doctor,
Ca să-ți dea niște pastile.
A fi fericit e secundar,
Nu-i consecvent, nu-i unitar,
Iar serotonina nu contează.
E cumva – ca un țepar.
Pentru fiecare doctor cu pastile,
Un gînd contrar –
Dau un ban la fiecare doctor
Care se deosebește de un criminal.

Initially, I wanted to start with something else. Still, after reading Cezara's latest post, which I will be translating immediately, I will start this thread, dedicated to different medical topics and aspects, as well as treatments, and as a first topic/idea, is the romanticization of "Depression" and depression - medicine, which is more a killing-therapy, than a solving one, that has been making people sick and suicidal. It's just another drug killing people in the end.
I will have to search for it later, but I remember a study that has found high amounts of serotonin and cancer patients.
Depression meds don't "cure" depression and come with highly threatening side effects.
Every brain imbalance should be analyzed and treated with natural methods, not drugs.
All that drugs do is to put in you in a sedated state - including weed, alcohol, sleeping pills, etc., having the opposite effect afterward.

The real medicine is to change one's diet (stop eating processed and genetically modified foods) and add exercise.
Due to intentional harming effects, politicians are embracing and enforcing this hyper-sensitivity-propaganda in people, who think and say - "this is so hard, you worked so hard" (see Kpop), mental health, making people, especially young ones believe, that they face some sort of abnormal difficult situation, which they can't handle.
Life is filled with real difficulties and if people's approach is to think - "this is too hard, I can't handle", "toxic masculinity" , "racism", then indeed, we won't be able to face any difficulties, because we live to much in an artificial bubble and rather than breathing the air outside, we allow those criminals to feed us whatever "air" they deem to be the good one.

Cezara's post:

The title is "The Doctor and the Criminal". I used google translate and allowed myself to edit a bit.

Being sad is not depressing,
But society tells you,
That you should go to the doctor,
To give you some pills.

Being happy is secondary,
It is not consistent, it is not unitary,
And serotonin doesn't matter.
It's like a con man.

For every doctor with pills,
A contrary thought –
I give a penny to every doctor
Who is different from a criminal.

I use both baking soda and hydrogen peroxide for various usages - from teeth cleaning, to hair, ingesting (baking soda though, not HP).

I also want to try it as a detox - ivermectin

The comment about not being able to boil for 4 minutes straight a few spoons of water is true, the rest is to be tested.
I personally use a mix of powders to brush my teeth - ginger, cinnamon, xylitol, diatomaceous earth.

"Ray Peat on The Buteyko Method, reduced breathing, and CO2.[The Buteyko method, developed in the 1950s by Ukrainian doctor Konstantin Buteyko, is a breathing technique that aims to address health issues linked to over-breathing. It focuses on nasal breathing, controlled breath reduction, breath holding exercises, and relaxation to optimize blood CO2 levels.]“One of the effects of the thyroid hormone is to increase the consumption of oxygen and that means to increase the production of carbon dioxide. When the thyroid hormone is properly active, it increases the ratio of progesterone to estrogen. This shifts the balance in the body away from lactic acid towards carbon dioxide. If you define hyperventilation as a tendency to blow off the carbon dioxide, any time you produce too much lactic acid, it stimulates your respiratory center and it makes you lose carbon dioxide. Lactic acid itself excites the inflammatory process in all of the tissues where carbon dioxide inhibits it.There are several things that will shift a person towards an excess ventilation or a hyperventilation and simply low thyroid function, which makes you unable to produce enough carbon dioxide. Your cells produce too much lactic acid in compensation and that drives the respiratory system inappropriately and makes you lose a little bit of carbon dioxide that you are producing. Hypothyroidism is one of the basic things driving hyperventilation. There tends to be excess adrenaline in hypothyroidism compensating, keeping the organism running even though it might run at a low temperature. Sometimes hypothyroid people have 40 times more adrenaline production in a day than the normal person. Adrenaline is another thing that can shift you towards hyperventilation.Endotoxin is always being absorbed from the intestine and endotoxin stimulates hyperventilation and overproduction of lactic acid and the activation of inflammatory processes. One of the driving forces behind asthma is the tendency to have too much endotoxin being absorbed producing an inflammatory state of the respiratory system and that can be detected as an exhalation of nitric oxide, a free-radical that's produced in the body. Patients with asthma exhale much more nitric oxide in their breath and most of it is produced in the bronchial system although inflammation anywhere in the body can raise the production of nitric oxide. Carbon dioxide will antagonize that energy of nitric oxide and lower the inflammation so simply providing carbon dioxide works against some of the basic mechanisms involved in asthma.”
