The parents of NewJeans members have spoken out about the ongoing conflict between the group and its agency, Ador, as well as its parent label, HYBE, accusing the agencies of spreading rumors about the members.

"Hello, we are the parents of Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein.
This account has been temporarily created out of necessity to represent our stance in the dispute with HYBE.
As there has been no official channel to convey our position, we have made numerous attempts to communicate the facts through direct interviews with various media outlets or by reaching out to journalists we have come to know.
While some media outlets have faithfully reported our statements, they were very few. We also attempted to distribute statements through an agency, but headlines were often misleading, and we faced significant challenges in ensuring our position was accurately conveyed without distortion.
While articles reflecting the members' perspectives are either misquoted, framed negatively, or barely published, HYBE and ADOR are distributing hundreds of articles daily—many of which contain false information or solely represent HYBE and ADOR’s stance—without undergoing the standard journalistic processes of fact-checking or the right to refute. This includes publications in online propaganda outlets.
[Unfortunately, ahead of the injunction lawsuit, we have received reports that HYBE and ADOR are once again circulating unfounded rumors and distributing fabricated reports to journalists in an attempt to spread false narratives about the members. This has prompted us to create this account.]
We understand that many may be weary from this prolonged dispute, and we sincerely apologize for that. However, the content shared through this account will primarily consist of matters that the members themselves cannot easily address. As their only spokespersons at this time, we urgently need a platform to set the record straight, and we ask for your understanding."

NewJeans and Min Hee Jin - here as separate entities, including the individual members, played their card, like everyone else, with lots of pressure on the public's opinion, and the david vs goliath myth. big mean company destroying little innocent hooker girls.
They had all the cards in their hands.
BTS was gone, Bang and the company have been receiving for months negative press, which, unbeknownst to people outside the business, meant that there were in the best case scenario, warnings for power-struggle and serious issues within the company and bang, someone/something who has been treated like royalty and "untouchable" for years.
Min Hee Jin was not someone unknown to the public, NewJeans were already active. Even though unimportant, but....they were pushed like every other Bang asset, via the power of BTS.
Min Hee Jin's crying press appearance, together with her - just came out of the prison - outfit, were a risky move, otherwise worth trying, if everything else would have been carefully planned in advance.
This "everything else" turned out to be an empty exam paper of a rich parents student, expecting to receive an A-grade either-way.
This "everything else" turned out to be the greediness of a group of people, whose only card was hoping to manipulate the public's opinion so much, that Bang and the courts will automatically cave, not considering for a single moment, that their illegal actions are not affecting only them and Bang, but will mobilize everyone to use their powers into not allowing this to become a precedent, which would ruin any business contract. Not just in the entertainment world.
Bang's company and BTS's fame are built on a sand castle of lies and manufactured numbers, a few good paid "fan accounts" and lots and lots and lots of obsessed rich fans, that have access to them directly.
Min Hee Jin, NewJeans, Bang - they all played the same dirty game. For once, after failing each time to even spend time and money on how to handle situations in the public, because they will always push some BTS content to cover the drama, Bang and whoever is involved with, handled the whole situation like a case to be given as an example in litigation.
They secured their asses on all levels. With their statements, with their offers, with their legal procedures (so far until now). The one mistake, that will hit them back one day, is that they prove over and over again, that their biggest vulnerability is ironically the one thing that made them famous - the public support, which only comes from BTS's fans, as this is the one currency they always use, have used and will use.
After 12 years and counting Bang hasn't managed to built a career for anyone else.
Not because it would overshadow BTS, but because the company is filled with incompetent people and hooker staffer.
The biggest mistake was to allow Hanni, who isn't even korean, to snap her fingers and gather politicians, national assembly and an entire country, so that she can complain about MAYBE having heard someone telling someone else to ignore her.
This was the punch in the face for any victim of harassment and abuse - here, maybe you have guessed from between the lines, or the one or other remarks I've made - I have lived my fair share of abuse of all kind in this business and world.
I wrote about the whole incident and others related to this story in detail, I am not going to repeat myself here.
Up until this moment I felt that what started promising, was poorly coordinated, poorly prepared and even if everything their claims - NewJeans on one side with their contract and Min Hee Jin with her issues - would have been true, if Bang really committed a huge fraud and betrayal towards Min Hee Jin, if NewJeans were really abused behind the scenes, etc. if all of that would have been a shocking story, with no proof - which is almost always the case, there is no proof that we humans have access to, when it comes to the most horrible crimes - there would have been a feeling in the gut, in the heart, that would have screamed - on my God, this bastard and those poor little girls.
But when Min Hee Jin starts crying and making a scene at a press release, for nothing, and Hanni, as well as the rest of the members of NewJeans talk about the TRAUMA of others not bowing to them enough - that's when everyone started realizing that they are nothing but greedy bastards. The girls. not Bang.
And like this the truth, maybe not in lots of facts, though enough stuff started leaking, started unfolding. It started with Jungkook who probably caused a catastrophy behind the stage, at the level of an atomic bomb destroying half of this planet, using his dog's account because of his penis trying to, or having had gotten some NewJeans underage pussy, or legal age...who knows...it wouldn't be the first time he approaches very young girls.
Then it backfired double - for one Danielle used MHJ's cap after his posting on instagram, to send the message, that it is Bang using them, so Jungkook did nothing but causing more damage to the company. The fact that no outlet made a drama out of it, shows how much money Bang hat to pay to keep them quiet.
I've looked over twitter/x/whatever abc/ and amongst all accounts, there was ONE account, ONE account who either by coincidence, or as a silent reader here, posted the same as me about Jungkook being penis-driven with his message, which caused a huge mess.
ONE ACCOUNT.
Their blackmailing-plan failed, and after that things accelerated because they engaged in a unlawful behaviour, by using the benefits of the company, yet claiming they no longer see themselves under contract with Bang, creating a different instagram account as a band, though from a legal stand point, even this idea, of continuing as a band is an infringement on copyrights - the band, the idea of "NewJeans" is copyrighted and belongs to Bang. They can't continue like this without paying him money. Even if their termination would be legally accepted - which at this time, because of everything they did AFTER this started, I doubt very much - there are still copyright issues, which prohibits them from doing looooots of stuff as a group.
They started competitions for fans to come up with a new name, and doing all kinds of stupid shit, rather than waiting for a decision.
They act like spoiled rich stupid people, who have no respect for damage, refuse taking responsibility for their shit and many other issues.
They don't act damaged. They act as if they want to damage, because they don't get the pink vibrator who squirts out money instead of sperm.
The fact that their parents have decided to intervene as a yet a new party to the party, is another bad move.
One which already starts with lies and deceiving statements - they claim that Hybe and Ador spread false rumours about NewJeans - NewJeans have said often enough bad things about Bang, Ador and Hybe. Calling mommy and daddy to step in makes them look unserious, untrustworthy, stupid and guilty.
They don't need the parents to make statements for them, they didn't needed them until now, so this only causes more unnecessary drama. I saw their statement and I rolled my eyes, but also thought - "
thank you, God. For showing me what NOT to do, in a similar situation."
What made me laugh though, is - what were those false rumours? They are nothing but blabla, but what rumours are they referring to?
Whenever Bang starts with this threatening vacancy over "malicious false rumours", I can imagine what those are. The truth about how much BTS sucks.
As I saw that statement of their parents, I said to my self - WHAT? WHAT RUMOURS??

I understand, that Bang is using his power to maybe (MAYBE, from what I've read) to have many articles being pushed against them. I don't believe that sometimes honesty is the best defense, when you're innocent. I was told, by someone, that it takes more work to prove innocence, than guilt.
As such, having their parents now involved takes away yet another card they had in their hand - for better or for worse, the fact that they were actively addressing their fans, despite all their lies, was one advantage they now lost. They lost it same as with everything else, because they are stupid, greedy and lack patience.
Things in life take time. Maybe there is a automated punishment that life gives us - patience for everything.
They started with all the cards on the table being in their hands, and they single-handed ruined everything.
